Besides mario kart what other games are good for online play on the wii?

i was thinking of getting super smash bros. but i heard the online part was disappointing. what others are out there that you would recommmend for playing online?|||The Conduit if your into shooters or Guitar Hero i havent played Call of Duty but i heard it is the best one
