My super Mario game for Wii i bought online wont work. What happened?

I bought them with Wii points online and they have their own channel when i try to play them i can hear the sound but then when i exit home page everything goes black but i still hear sound. how do i fix it?|||My advice to you would be to call nintendo|||you don't fix it you pon it and with the money buy a beder copy at gamestop.
